MRD Medical began in 2014 as a specialized discovery biology consultancy serving a handful of early-stage biotech clients. Our founders — three PhD scientists with combined experience at Genentech, Novartis, and the Broad Institute — saw a recurring problem: contract research organizations often traded speed for quality, or transparency for cost.

We built MRD Medical as the alternative. Every study we run is designed by a senior scientist, executed by a PhD-led team, and reported with the same standards we'd demand for our own programs. A decade later, we partner with 200+ biotech and pharmaceutical companies across 18 countries — but our operating principles haven't changed.

Today, our integrated platforms span target validation, hit finding, structural biology, in vivo pharmacology, and AI-driven design. Our compliance frameworks (ISO 9001, ISO 17025, GLP, GMP) are audit-ready, and our scientific team has grown to 30+ PhD researchers across two continents.
